3. Data Recovery

Once data is deleted from GetOverview.io, it is permanently unrecoverable. We do not provide any options for data recovery. Please ensure that you have backed up any important data before deletion.

We offer limited email-based support. While we strive to respond to all inquiries promptly, response times may vary. Support is provided for issues related to the functionality and use of GetOverview.io.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All payments made to GetOverview.io are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, the app will be locked, and only the owner will have access.

6. Payments

Payments for GetOverview.io are seat-based. Subscription fees are adjusted on a prorated basis whenever new members are added or removed. This ensures that you are only charged for the seats you use.

7. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data is not shared with any third parties except for the integrations listed above. We do not use your data for marketing purposes. Once data is deleted, it is permanently unrecoverable, even by our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetOverview.io and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
