Project Budget

Set project budget, and track actual cost and billables based on logged hours. Also track ongoing and projected profits based on resource's hourly actual and billable rates.

Financials

See financials of all ongoing projects and past projects upto last 6 months. This view shows a summary of actual cost, billables, projected billables, profit and projected profits for ongoing projects.

Projected costs work if the tickets are time bound (esimated durations are set). Based on pending tasks you can see projected costs and profits.

Setting resource costs

You can set actual costs and billables of resources. Actual cost and billable costs helps calculating project billables and profits. To define actual cost and billable rates for resrouces:

1. Go to Space settings
2. Navigate to Members tab
3. Set Hourly actual cost and Hourly billable for each resource

You can also override user cost and billable rate for each project if needed. To override user cost for a specific project:

1. Go to Project
2. Navigate to Budget tag
3. Set the resource cost and billable rate for the resource
