Why GetOverview.io

GetOverview tries to solve some of the key things that a team might face.

  • What is the estimated ETA for the projects?
  • If a new project is kickstarted, would it affect existing projects?
  • What are upcoming tasks for me base on priority?
  • On what tasks and projects is the team working on?
  • What was recently accompolished by the me or my team?
  • How many hours has been spent so far on a specific project? Is the project still under-budget or going over-budget?

Project ETAs

Project ETA is calculated based on tasks & their estimated hours and resources working on them. It also accounts into everyday working hours of the resource, working days and timezones.

ETA calculation also takes project priorities into consideration.

Any task which is not assigned or does not have estimate hours is not included in project ETA.

You can play around with Timeline and Priorities view to see how new projects or existing projects affects the overall timeline.

Upcoming tasks and recently completed tasks

Scheduler automatically sorts tasks based on priorities and due dates.

You can go through each of your team member, see their upcoming & recently completed tasks and projects they are working on. You can also see how much the project has been completed and what is the approx ETA.

Logging and tracking hours

GetOverview makes it really easy to log hours. You can log hours via tickets or manually enter hours as well.
