Projects can have statuses like In Progress, Completed and On Hold. By default only In Progress projects are shown in the Sidebar.
When projects are completed or paused, you can change the status from the Project detail page. Similarly you can resume a project by visiting the paused or completed project and changing the status back to In Progress.
To make project groups, click on the Small + icon in front of the project name.
You can search for projects using command menu. The search will return the results from all project types: In Progress, Paused and Completed.
You can delete projects by accessing the project options from Project detail page. Project will be moved to Bin and will be permanently deleted after 30 days. Space owners can recover the projects from Bin if needed within 30 days. Once permanently deleted, projects can not be recovered.
Track activity over the project using Activity tab on the project sidebar. You can track activities happening over the period of the time by different users. Activities are only retained for 90 days and discarded after that.
